However, as with all cleaning products, we recommend keeping them out of reach of small children and pets.

How do I choose the right scent for me?

Scent preference is very personal, but we can help guide you! Consider when and where you'll be using the product. Energizing citrus scents (Lemon, Orange) are perfect for morning kitchen cleaning. Calming scents (Lavender, Milk & Honey) are ideal for evening routines. Fresh scents (Ocean Breeze, Fresh Orchard) work great for any time of day. You can also order our $15 sample pack to try multiple scents before committing to full-size products.

Can I use your products on all surfaces?

Most of our products are designed for specific uses, but our Multi-Purpose Cleaners are safe for multiple surfaces including glass, wood, tile, and stainless steel. Our Hand Soaps are formulated specifically for skin, while our Dishwashing Liquids are designed for dishes and cookware. Always check the product label for specific usage instructions, and test on a small, inconspicuous area first if you're unsure.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Yes, we're committed to environmental responsibility. All our products are biodegradable, septic-safe, and made with sustainable practices. We use recyclable packaging whenever possible and are continuously working to reduce our environmental footprint. Our formulations are free from phosphates and other harmful chemicals that can damage waterways.

How long do the scents last?

Our fragrances are designed to provide long-lasting freshness without being overwhelming. Hand soaps leave a subtle scent on your hands for 2-3 hours. Dishwashing liquids keep your kitchen smelling fresh for several hours after use. Multi-purpose cleaners leave surfaces with a pleasant scent that typically lasts 4-6 hours. The longevity can vary based on ventilation, humidity, and other factors.

Do you offer unscented products?

Currently, all our products contain carefully selected fragrances as scent is a core part of our brand experience. However, our Aloe Vera Hand Soap has the mildest, most natural scent in our collection. If you have severe scent sensitivities, please contact our customer service team to discuss alternatives or recommendations.

Orders & Shipping

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE on orders over $35, $6.95 for orders under $35
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95
Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.95

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands). We're working on expanding our international shipping options and hope to serve customers worldwide in the future. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking information. If you can't find your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at orders@valorcleaners.com

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get your products to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@valorcleaners.com or call +1-201-738-4184. If your order hasn't been processed yet (usually within 2-4 hours of placing), we can often make changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes, but our return policy allows you to return unwanted items.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if your order arrives damaged or incorrect! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@valorcleaners.com with photos of the damaged items or description of the error. We'll immediately send replacements at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect/damaged items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll make it right quickly.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
